I didn't get my purchased items!

All in-game purchased items deliver instantly. If you don't receive your purchased items right away, proceed as shown below:

In the case that you didn't receive your items after successfully checking bills, try following the below steps.
  1. Make sure you are logged into your app store (e.g. Google Play, iOS AppStore) with the same account with which you made your purchase.
  2. Log out and log in again with the account on which you made the purchase.
If these steps aren't helpful, please contact us with a screenshot of the receipt for your subscription purchase.
