Someone else is playing my game!

 

If you notice unusual changes in your heroes or inventory, it’s possible that someone else, like a friend or family member with access to your device, has used your account. You may also have loaded your account onto someone else’s device and forgotten to log out.
 
Your account can be accessed from other devices if you’ve shared Game Center/Apple ID or Google Play credentials.
 
Clover Games employees will never ask for your Apple ID (Game Center) or Google credentials. Do not give your personal information to anyone for any reason. Doing so will lead to misuse of your account.
 
To secure your game account, please follow these steps:
  • Do not attempt to buy, sell, or trade your account with other players
  • Never reveal details associated with your account, and don’t accept somebody else’s
  • Do not try buying gems from external websites
  • Do not log into other people's devices with your Apple ID/Game Center account or Google Play

Be cautious, be safe.
