Once you obtain a specific relic, you can accumulate EXP for that relic upon obtaining it again.
The relic's tier will increase based on the accumulated EXP.
To view the EXP gauge for each relic, navigate to Inventory > Relics and select the desired relic.
The EXP gauge is displayed below the relic's image.
